Shipping policy

  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive the shipping confirmation email.
  • We are not held accountable for any delays caused by the postal carrier.
  • Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
  • We guarantee a 24-hour-or-less response time to messages during Business Days. If there are any issues with your shipping information, please notify us as soon as possible. Should we not be able to correct any erroneously entered information before your order is scheduled for shipping (you will know this if you have received the shipping link), you have the following options
  1. If you chose Standard (No Insurance) Shipping - You will need to contact the carrier via the information from your tracking link email and try to have your package re-rerouted. If you are unable to do so, we can issue a replacement shipment once this package is returned. 
  2. If you chose 3-5 Day Shipping or Expedited Shipping, you will have shipping insurance. This will allow us or you to change the shipping address on the package after it has already been shipped. 
  • Packages are delivered to the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left if it is in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery.
  • Please be sure to input a shipping address where you know you or someone will be available to accept the package.
